At its core is a sophisticated graphics generation and compositing engine that allows users to build custom graphics from components and put them together in a 3D environment. Output can be customized to match your company’s workflow. It has a built in High Resolution Print File database, an asset distribution component, social-web features including instant translation, and a request approval system for direct order access to the VFL™.

EBdb is an extranet for building and sending out customized E-mails containing HTML. HTML E-mails allow you to send formatted graphics along with your message. The system organizes your campaigns, presents linked media (such as video clips) in it's own website and allows for building and storing of E-mail templates. You can easily import your Outlook or Address Book contacts and start E-mailing right away through the backend Administration controls. There has never been an easier way to send out custom HTML e-mails.

This is a collaborative space for your company or department that runs in a web browser. An Admin initiates a new "project" and can upload source photos, set dates and milestones, assign (or invite) other members to be involved with the project, and make requests of the new "team". Projects have their own dynamically generated pages which allow team members to upload comps and make comments. In micro-blogging style, it lays out the ongoing timeline of your project with all concerned able to follow and contribute to it's completion.

This VPK system is to provide a standardized workflow for the creation and delivery of information relative to news releases to the press, be they movies, products, or services. Putting Press Kits online has several distinct advantages. Unlike CD and DVD-ROM multimedia, there is no development schedule to prepare assets for and no cutoff for the inclusion of new material. VPKs can be updated or edited at anytime without fear of platform compatibility, different versions, or mistakes made in print and stand alone applications. The media you distributes through this system is available 24/7 and through all the major Internet browsers without additional software or hardware requirements.

Much of what is done for you by the VFL is covered by a modest hosting fee, but it can also be set up to serve other needs your company might have for logos, graphics, retouching, repurposing, layouts, fixes, editing, etc.
